General Return Overview
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Apparel Return Policy
We want you to look and feel your best. For all clothing, footwear, and accessories, please adhere to the following:
- Condition: Items must be unwashed and unworn.
- Tags & Packaging: Original brand tags must be attached. If the item came in a specific box (like shoes), the box must be returned undamaged inside a separate shipping container.
- Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, bodysuits, and pierced jewelry are Final Sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
- Swimwear: Must have the original hygiene liner intact and show no signs of wear.
Makeup & Beauty Return Policy
Due to the personal nature of beauty products, we have strict hygiene protocols to protect all our customers:
- Unopened Items: We accept returns on makeup, skincare, and fragrance only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging (including plastic wrap or security seals).
- Opened Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on makeup or skincare products that have been opened, swatched, or tested.
- Allergic Reactions: If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of use with a photo of the reaction. These cases are handled on an individual basis for store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
Gift cards.
Personalized or custom-made products.
How to Start a Return
Visit our Returns Portal: Enter your order number and zip code to begin.
- Select Items: Choose the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Print & Pack: Download your prepaid shipping label and pack your items securely.
- Drop Off: Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location.
Note: A flat return shipping fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund total unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
